We come to you and spend as long as it takes mapping your customer journey as it is now - the good, the bad and the ugly - looking for the moments of truth, the friction points, the inefficiencies and the time wasters.
We want to know what works and what doesn't, so we can simplify and streamline the experience for your customers, and your team.
Star 2
We talk to your team one by one, (as many as we can in one day), to learn what they love about working with you, what they hate, and what they would love to improve. We call it a culture audit, because that's what these conversations reveal - the values and the culture of your business.
Star 3
We get to work on making the top ten systems in your business simple, logical and repeatable; creating How To guides for each of them with the people in your team who have most experience of each task.
Then, armed with what we've unearthed together, and what we've learned about your priorities for growth and scale; we get down to planning.
Star 4
We work with you and your key team to develop a crystal clear route map for you to follow, complete with milestones, tasks and goals to be achieved. We want you all to be absolutely clear about where you're going, how you're going to get there, and the roles and responsibilities each of you will have along the journey.
After that, it's all about accountability.
Star 5
We bring you and your key team to us every 90 days for a 5* Retreat. Over these two days, we hold you to account for the achievement of your plans and goals, we support you, and we help you to map out your goals for the next 90 days.
These retreats are hugely important in building the rhythm of continuous improvement and forward momentum for you and your business.
The beauty of this programme is that it's fully flexible - work through the programme step by step, or pick and choose the days that are most applicable to you and your business - the choice is yours.
The mentoring and accountability sessions are a little less flexible in that the dates are set by us, and open to other clients. We have four pairs of mentoring dates (one every 90 days), and you can book one, two or all four (the best option obviously). It's completely up to you.
